Introduction to Well Furnace Burner

The burner of the furnace adopts an automatic igniter and is equipped with flame detection. After normal ignition, if there is a sudden power outage, the electromagnetic valve of the device will automatically cut off the gas supply in the gas path. At this point, it is necessary to reopen the solenoid valve switch button to allow the gas to be reintroduced into the furnace burner. However, we have designed an electronic igniter with flame detection on the burner. As long as the gas enters the burner, the electronic igniter will automatically ignite and ignite the gas for combustion.

If the cause of the power outage restricts the shutdown, the flame detector will automatically immediately turn off the solenoid valve at the front end of each burner, cutting off the combustion gas. When the gas enters the burner, the automatic igniter can automatically ignite without manual ignition, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and protects the well furnace.
